What is a white-label energy comparison?
It is our comparison and sign-up engine presented under your brand: your logo, colours, navigation and footer, with plans and live rates from the retailers on our panel. Your customers compare at their address and sign up online without leaving your branded experience. Utility Club runs everything behind the scenes.

What does it cost to launch?
Nothing. There are no set-up fees, licence fees or minimum volumes. We are paid by the retailer when a customer switches, and we share that with you as a payout on every completed sale.

How do payouts work?
You earn a fixed payout per completed electricity or gas sale attributed to your white label. Every sale carries your partner tag from the first page to the retailer record, so attribution is automatic. Statements are transparent and you can watch sales land in real time in the Partners Portal. Ask us for the current rate card – our payouts are among the highest in the market because we hold the retailer relationships directly.

How long does it take to go live?
Typically a few business days from receiving your logo, colours and contact details. Your funnel runs from a link on our infrastructure immediately; if you would like it on your own subdomain (for example compare.yourbrand.com.au) we will set that up too.

Do I need developers?
No. There is nothing to build or host on your side. You link to your branded funnel from your website, emails or ads – or embed it – and we take care of the rest. If you have a developer, we can also provide tracking parameters so your own analytics see the journey.

Who handles compliance, contracts and customer support?
Utility Club does. We are an accredited channel partner of the retailers on the panel; the customer sees each retailer's official plan documents and accepts the retailer's terms as part of the sign-up. Post-sale enquiries about the transfer are handled by us and the retailer. Your brand is presented throughout; ours appears only in a small “technology provided by” line in the footer.

Which retailers and states are covered?
Our panel currently includes Alinta Energy, 1st Energy, Powershop, Dodo Power & Gas and Next Business Energy, with residential electricity and gas across NSW, VIC, South East QLD, SA and TAS, and small business plans in selected areas. The panel is growing – new retailers appear on your white label automatically.

Can I customise more than the branding?
Yes. Colours, fonts, navigation, header phone number, footer links, consent wording and your own analytics tags are all configurable. Larger partners can have bespoke landing pages or journeys built on top of the same engine.
