$10,000 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions - VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS

1. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to all customers who switch their electricity and/or internet services through Utility Club Pty Ltd (ABN 52676292149).
• Only one entry per household is permitted.
• To remain eligible, the customer must maintain the change of service for a minimum of 30 days. Any cancellation within this period will result in disqualification from the draw.

2. Entry Period:

• Entries will be accepted up until 11:59 pm on December 30, 2025.
• Entries are automatically submitted when a customer completes the service change process.

3. Prize Details:

• The prize is a single cash amount of $10,000 AUD.
• The prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account on the same day as the draw.

4. Draw Details:

• The prize draw will take place on December 31, 2025.
• The winner will be selected randomly and notified by phone and/or email on the draw date.
• Utility Club Pty Ltd (ABN 52676292149) will make multiple attempts to contact the winner over the course of 5 days following the draw. If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of notification within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will take place.

5. General Conditions:

• The winner must provide valid banking details to receive the prize within 7 days of notification.
• In the event of an unclaimed prize after the 5-day contact period, Utility Club Pty Ltd (ABN 52676292149) reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
• Utility Club Pty Ltd (ABN 52676292149) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its discretion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

6. Privacy:

• All personal data collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Utility Club Pty Ltd (ABN 52676292149)’s privacy policy and will not be shared or used for purposes unrelated to this promotion.
