As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Utility Club, Felix combines his deep industry knowledge with a passion for customer-focused innovation. His leadership continues to drive Utility Club’s mission of delivering smarter energy solutions through cutting-edge technology, seamless digital experiences, and strong industry partnerships.
Alan Gross – Chief Operating Officer
Alan launched his career in high finance, working with global institutions such as Goldman Sachs, before transitioning to the energy sector in 2016. He served as the Head of Credit at an Energy retailer, where he oversaw risk, collections, and customer affordability strategies.
A strategic thinker with an eye for process and operational efficiency, Alan later founded a marketing company specialising in energy comparisons before co-founding Utility Club. At Utility Club, he leads operations and strategic growth, ensuring scalable infrastructure and partner success while maintaining a customer-first ethos at the core of everything the business delivers.
Damien Jones – Head of Sales
Damien brings extensive leadership experience across the Australian energy and comparison sectors, having held senior sales roles at organisations including EnergyAustralia, Value Comparisons and Lumo Energy. Throughout his career, Damien has led high performing sales teams in high volume environments, with a strong focus on improving contact rates, conversion, compliance and overall customer experience.
With deep hands on experience in outbound and inbound sales operations, Damien is known for his practical approach to sales leadership. He focuses on getting the fundamentals right, building clear and scalable processes, and empowering teams with the tools, training and support they need to perform at their best.
As Head of Sales at Utility Club, Damien is responsible for driving sales performance across the business while maintaining strong customer outcomes. His industry knowledge, people first leadership style and data driven mindset play a key role in supporting Utility Club’s growth.
Oliver Knight – Head of Retention
Oliver leads Utility Club’s retention strategy, leveraging a deep understanding of the energy landscape to keep customers engaged and satisfied. Before joining Utility Club, he founded and ran a successful energy efficiency company, working closely with leading Australian businesses to significantly reduce their energy costs through tailored solutions and strategic advice.
Drawing on experience across both B2B and B2C environments, Oliver combines commercial insight with a passion for customer success. His retention leadership focuses on proactive support, smart lifecycle communications and meaningful savings that strengthen long-term relationships.
